Used Zac to do the inspection of the house i ended up purchasing and could not have asked for a more . Unlike the other inspectors I used before hand, Zac goes through every detail and does not do a 10 minute get in and leave . He was at the residence for quite a long time. The house being 25 plus years old wasn't perfect. Great thing was , he recommended the most viable and cheapest solution to get it fixed. My daughters and friends have used him and were all delighted. Dont take a risk and employ a cowboy thats in and out in 10 minutes to inspect the biggest financial investment that could make or break you. I wouldnt use any one else. Thank you so much Zac.
