Used Zac for multiple pre purchase inspections when I was in the market to buy a home for my family and each time he was always very punctual and thorough (even checking under the house!). Would definitely recommend
Quick and professional to deal with, made everything super easy with my home purchase. They gave me peace of mind with the settlement process!
Very professional, the inspector was quite thorough and courteous, 10/10 would use again
Top operation, professional service & would highly recommend.
Used Zac to do the inspection of the house i ended up purchasing and could not have asked for a more . Unlike the other inspectors I used before hand, Zac goes through every detail and does not do a 10 minute get in and leave . He was at the residence for quite a long time. The house being 25 plus years old wasn't perfect. Great thing was , he recommended the most viable and cheapest solution to get it fixed. My daughters and friends have used him and were all delighted. Dont take a risk and employ a cowboy thats in and out in 10 minutes to inspect the biggest financial investment that could make or break you. I wouldnt use any one else. Thank you so much Zac. Will see you at our next purchase.
I would have to say that dealing with Zack was so professional his workmanship was fantastic and most importantly he was so prompt and always kept us informed throughout the whole process of our build so in a nutshell I would highly recommend Zack
